The Company (personal data controller) provides information on the processing of personal data provided by the data subject to the data controller as part of the commencement of activities in the performance of the contractual relationship:

The Data Controller will process the personal data of the data subject for the purpose of performing the contractual relationship in the area of providing services – bunker tours and other related activities.

  • Performance or conclusion of a contract.
  • Legitimate interest: for the purpose of sending you up-to-date information related to the concluded contract and the provision of the service.

The personal data controller may or must provide personal data in particular to the following categories of recipients:

The Data Controller stores personal data for the duration of the performance of the contractual relationship and for the period imposed by statutory regulations, usually always at least 3 years.

2. Automated processing of personal data:

There is no automated processing of personal data in the company.

3. Rights of the data subject:

Each data subject has the following rights:

  • request restriction of personal data processing,
  • request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data,
  • request information on what personal data are processed on the basis of consent,
  • withdraw consent to data processing at any time,
  • request access to the data and have it updated, corrected or supplemented;
  • request the deletion of personal data,
  • in case of doubts about compliance with the rules related to the processing of personal data, contact the administrator or complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz)
