Instruction of the subject – information pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR
Flenexa plus, spol. s r.o. , Přáslavice 335, 783 54 Přáslavice, Company ID: 24741621, represented by Ing. Michal Netolický, Managing Director of the Company, as a personal data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller“), hereby informs its employees and all incoming persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Data Subject”) in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), informs its employees and all incoming persons (hereinafter individually referred to as the “Data Subject“) as follows: that:
- The public areas of Flenexa plus, spol. s.r.o. are monitored 24 hours a day by a camera system. The personal data of the Data Subject are stored in the recording device (camera recording).
- The personal data of the Data Subject are processed for the purpose of protecting the employer’s property against unlawful actions of employees and third parties, and protecting the property and health of employees.
- The legal basis for the processing of the Data Subject’s personal data is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
- The personal data of the Data Subject are stored in a recording device for a period of 1/2 year. The length of personal data storage is related to the capacity of the recording device and it is also a necessary period of time that serves to detect specific unlawful conduct, identify natural persons in connection with certain conduct (e.g. to prove a breach of certain obligations of an employee), theft, etc. Recordings are automatically transcribed. In the event of an incident being recorded, the data will be retained for the period necessary to eliminate the harmful consequences of the incident being detected.
- The controller did not appoint a data protection officer, as the scope of the processing carried out does not meet the requirements of Article 37 of the Regulation on the mandatory appointment of a data protection officer.
- The records are not provided to third parties. However, the records may be provided to law enforcement authorities or the court in the event of protection of the rights of the administrator or other persons, on a binding instruction of public authorities or when fulfilling another legal obligation.
- The data subject has the right to:
- request access to your personal data from the Controller
- correction or erasure, or restriction of personal data processing
- object to the processing of personal data
- file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection if it believes that the Controller is proceeding in violation of the Regulation when processing personal data.
